You’ll guide clients through sensitive and commercially complex issues from first meeting to resolution, balancing settlement-first strategy with confident litigation where necessary. You will provide expert advice and representation in areas including: Divorce and separation, from eligibility to final orders Parenting arrangements and child support, including relocation and risk issues Property settlements and financial agreements (often involving trusts/SMEs/third-party interests) Spousal maintenance and post-separation financial issues Family violence and intervention order considerations Mediation, FDR, round-table conferences and arbitration strategy for timely, cost-effective outcomes You’ll manage your own files with autonomy, collaborate with senior colleagues on complex points, mentor juniors where appropriate, and contribute to business development and referral relationships.
